This festive season, Kuda Villingili Resort Maldives will host its 2025–2026 Festive Program, themed “Through the Decades.” Between December 23, 2025, and January 7, 2026, the resort will feature seasonal décor in gold, silver, and neon hues. The property’s signature ethos — “time and space redefined” — frames the experience, inviting guests to celebrate, relax, and reconnect.
The festive season begins on December 23 with a Tree Lighting Ceremony, followed by carol singing under the stars. On Christmas Eve, guests can attend a Gala Dinner with festive cocktails at Raalhu Bar, accompanied by live entertainment. On December 25, Santa Claus will visit, with activities including gingerbread cookie-making and holiday-themed crafts for families.
During the period, guests can visit the private island Spa, set over the water and connected by a bridge, offering a tranquil setting. The spa provides the Kuda Villingili Signature Massage, aromatic therapies, Balinese, Lomi Lomi, and Ayurvedic treatments such as shirodhara and herbal poultices, all using organic and plant-based ingredients. Seasonal wellness rituals and holiday spa packages are also available.
Adventure-seekers can take part in the resort’s range of ocean activities. Guests can tailor their experiences, from big game fishing and competitive water games to scuba diving for both adults and children. MSTS Watersports and Diving will oversee these activities.
At the Kuda Fiyo Kids Club, children can enjoy a “Time Travel Adventure.” Activities include disco playgrounds of the ’70s, arcade games of the ’80s, cartoon-inspired corners of the ’90s, and karaoke pop parties of the 2000s. The program offers creative play, costume dress-ups, games, and mini talent shows. Meanwhile, couples and solo travelers can move between gala dinners, late-night lounge soirées, beachfront bar music, and starlit moments by the sea.
The New Year’s Eve Celebration on December 31 includes a cocktail party at Hawkers, followed by a Gala Dinner & Décades Countdown Celebration. Guests may dress in decade-inspired attire from the ’70s to the 2000s while enjoying themed culinary stations, signature cocktails, and live performances. A fireworks display will mark the arrival of 2026, followed by a Neon After-Party featuring DJ sets and glowing visuals. On January 1, the resort will host a New Year’s Day Brunch, and the festivities conclude with a sunset cocktail and Global Flavors Gala Dinner on January 6, 2026.
Entertainment during the season will include a fire dancer duo, acrobatic performances by Danimisima and Jakob, illusions by a resident magician, multi-genre performances by Madam Boyko, saxophone music by Nikita Rychkov, and choreography by Show Ballet “Arriva.”
