This festive season, SAii Lagoon Maldives, Curio Collection by Hilton, will host “Retro Tropicana,” a seasonal program celebrating timeless style, sun-soaked moments, and connection. From December 20, 2025, to January 9, 2026, the resort transforms into a tropical retreat, offering guests a range of festive experiences.

The program begins with the Festive Tree Lighting Ceremony, marking the start of the season. Guests gather on the beach as the lights illuminate the resort, creating a warm atmosphere.

Throughout the season, themed dinners will highlight global and local flavors, from Mediterranean-inspired evenings to Maldivian feasts under the stars. Families can participate in creative activities, poolside fun, and a visit from Santa. As Christmas approaches, guests are invited to Retro Eve: A Tropicana Christmas, an evening of festive flavors, tropical ambience, and live music. Christmas Day includes a Christmas Dinner Buffet with seasonal and island-inspired dishes in a beachfront setting.

The Retro Tropicana New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner and Countdown allows guests to welcome 2026 amid ocean breezes, lanterns, and curated cuisine, combining a relaxed island rhythm with festive dining.

Additional activities during the season include the Roots of Hope tree-planting initiative and the island’s Padel Tennis Tournament, offering opportunities for community engagement and outdoor activity.
